About Us

In a world full of constant noise, from scrolling feeds to deadlines and daily pressures, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. For some, rest looks like getting outdoors, hiking, running or climbing until the mind clears. For others, it’s stillness, time spent at home, letting go of tension and simply breathing.

In today’s world, it’s easy to get caught up in distractions—endless social media scrolling, work stresses, and the constant buzz of modern life. But no matter how much we try to escape, we can never truly get away. Because no matter where you go or how distracted you are; you’ll always be there. Rest Days is a reminder to shift the focus inward—to reconnect with yourself and the activities that bring you back to center. For some, balance looks like a long hike or a challenging run—physical effort that clears the mind and refreshes the spirit. For others, it’s a day spent curled up on the couch, releasing tension and finding calm.

The clothing I create is inspired by the landscapes I love, from the windswept coasts of the Mornington Peninsula to the rocky climbs of the Grampians and the rolling hills of the High Country. Each piece is designed with intention and made to carry a sense of grounding in the natural world.

Every drop is made up of custom-designed silhouettes, not standard blanks. Each piece is hand-stamped and uniquely numbered, so no two are ever alike. I value craft and slow, deliberate work over mass production, and I’m continually exploring new materials and techniques to make Rest Days garments both sustainable and meaningful.
